Ever since I was a kid, we never really went for family vacations and stuff, ‘cause well, it wasn’t really possible for my father to leave our shop and take several days off. If I can recall it well, he never really took an off, except for his one day off in 15 days.

Now that I contemplate on that, I realize that it is so hard for local merchants just to take breaks. And even as customers, there have been so many instances when I reach a shop to find the merchant having their lunch.

I know what you’r e wondering… That something like this would never happen at best online stores or something like this is the reason, online shopping is the best of all.

However, at your best online store, you won’t get the same level of customization and the feeling of belongingness.

Though, online shopping may be the answer to all your problems, but let me tell you that all of us can’t do with all these local stores that we see everyday.

For instance, no matter how I boast about the best online stores that I shop from, I can’t make one day without visiting the kirana store or the shop from where I get my cold coffee. (I swear, without the cold coffee, your author would be out of her senses)

I can vouch for anyone who has a family business that this is nothing but so true.

Well, I know ever since I started writing this blog, I have been pointing out disadvantages of online shopping, when the fact remains that online shopping is the best, it’s more along the lines of tedha hai par mera hai.
